Oh agreed! When I was single, I used alcohol once or twice to get my flirt on. In my mind it worked... who knows if it actually did; maybe I was just that obnoxious drunk girl who wouldn't go away.

I'm going to put it up there at an 8 or 9. Refined carbs and fried... not good. Plus if you add the seasoning package, TONS of sodium. Best to avoid if you can.

Absolutely! I do 30 minutes with my trainer twice a week. I can do full pushups now, I can see muscle definition, I can do pullups. I can benchpress 75 pounds. Are these HUGE things? No. But it is FAR more than I was able to do before I started strength training. It's slow, but it's steady.

My trainer once had me do a CRAZY incline of about 14 or something, at a pace of 2.5. It is just something different. You use different muscles, like hiking up a hill. You should try it sometime. See if you like it

I JUST put a passcode on my phone the other day. My husband wasn't used to it and he was like, 'WTF?!?!?' when he found out. I immediately told him the code. No secrets. It does not build a healthy relationship. He has no reason to go into my phone, but I think it is important that he knows that he can trust me.

I eat both because I am an annoying person and need variance in my diet from day to day, but if protein shakes give you the toots, then just have plain greek yogurt, just watch the carbs and protein ratio. Every brand varies, especially if you are going between fat percentages.

AM I addicted to junk food? Yes. How to cure this addiction? In all seriousness, stop buying it. If it isnt in your house or around you, you wont crave it. Out of sight, out of mind. And when you do randomly get a craving, and cant curb it, indulge in a small amount, and toss the rest to the hungry.

My trainer advised me not to bother with gloves. Trust me, your hands will get used to it, and when/if they calus, you'll feel like a bad *kitten* mother! I love having bruised calused hands. People fear me!

I have heard of a new study about omega 3, and how it isn't any good if you aren't getting enough omega 6... I don't really know the specifics of it. You may want to look it up, as that might be the problem. Then again, sometimes these studies can be BS...

Is it a possibility of the stretch in the pants. I remember when I was in plus size, all my pants had stretch, so I was able to wear a 16 even though I really was an 18. When I lost weight, my 16s still fit normal because they weren't being stretched... just a possibility.
