Very recent vegan... 2 weeks to be precise. I wasn't vegetarian before this change... I'm an all or nothing kind of gal. The food portion is going soooo well. I love it! The life style portion is a bigger challenge, but it'll come. I'd love more friends on my vegan list.

I'm in! I need more friends to keep me motivated. I had logged in for 960 days up until last month and decided to take some time off to regroup (and gain 5 pounds back... on top of the 10 I had already gained in a year). I'm back and ready to roll!

No, that's not how it works. You will likely notice a change; being active helps to reduce body fat, unless you're eating in excess. You will see some change because you're using different muscles than just sitting around. OR, if you want to reduce fat for your muscles to really show, eat less.

Lift weights. That is how you will tone up. Cardio will keep you slim, lifting will get you the muscle tone you desire. As for counting… do it. And make sure you eat a lot of protein while you're at it.
