Anyone can endlessly complain about people who affect their life. My husband *****es about people he works with to me. I ***** about people I work with to him. I do not think this is a men vs. women thing. I have 3 brothers and all of them have also complained about people to me.

sweat burns eyes… that's why we have eyebrows - true story. Excessive sweat dripage can be avoided by sweat bands… that's what they were made for.

@Celtic - your eyes. Beautiful!

I have no idea what helped me, but one day I just got on the ground and said to myself, "let's see how this goes…" I am able to do…. I have no idea how many real pushups… lots. I guess I do know what helped; strength training. Chest press in particular, I suppose.

I can assure you, if their mothers were around, they would not act the same way… at least I hope they wouldn't. I don't think it is a "how they are being raised" issue, I think it is a girl issue. Girls are typically mean to one another. Rather than pick each other up, we tear each other down. Self esteem issues usually.…

"obedient" or "obsessive"? You need to think more about where this is all coming from. You need to enjoy yourself. Get what you WANT when you "cheat". If you don't feel like cheating, don't do it. It's also not healthy to eat just an apple to prepare for a "cheat". You need to do what feels right. If it doesnt feel right,…

I'm 5'6 and eat 1600 cals, as advised by my trainer. I do not eat back my exercise calories, as advised by my trainer. If you are honestly hungry at the end of the day, you may be quite active and need to eat more. Add back 100 cals at a time, per day and see how you feel. You should not be hungry, even at a deficite, if…

I've made my own greek yogurt using regular plain yogurt, just by straining it. There is a bit of math, weighing, and internet searching for calories in whey involved to find out the calories of the yogurt - CHeck the calorie count/ nutritional info on your pre strained tub of yogurt. Strain your yogurt. Weigh your whey.…

I just add the ingredients that I would use in an omlet… so whatever is in my fridge, really… and then throw them in some muffin tins. You have to spray the muffin tins. Also, any vegetables or meat you want to actually be cooked, you need to precook, and then put in your scrambled eggs (once cooled, because you will cook…

read the ingredient list. If it contains milk products or lactose, I'd stay away. Sounds like you're pretty sensitive to something in dairy.

Sometimes genetics get in the way of what we want. I'm not saying it won't happen, but maybe it is not realistic for your body. Maybe your body is the healthiest it can possibly be, as is. Your weight and measurements sound pretty perfect. Sorry to be of no help, just wanted to give you support.

Dude! That was me! I'm 5'6", and my highest was 209 back in 2005. No one believed me when I told them I was 200 pounds. They said I "carried it well"… I just thought I dressed appropriately, too. 8 years later, and I'm down to 146. Any one can add me. I love friends who interact.

I'm so Balki, too! HELP!!! Oh… wait, you said bulky… I thought you were talking about perfect strangers… I guess I need help with my "bulk" too. I can't for the life of me post pics (I'm from Canada, eh.. they think I'm a little slow), so you can just go click on the pics in my profile. Before are the black bathing suit…

a nice balance is great. Just today I lifted and then ran 5k. My trainer is a tank, and he did cardio 2-3 times a week.

It's interesting... the further I get along in this, the less I am concerned with what others eat. Don't get me wrong, if someone wants advice, I will be happy to give it. I do love to help. I have far too much going on in my brain at any time (including: "Damn, I'm hungry, all I want to do is eat this huge plate of food…

I have rarely felt soreness in my arms the day after, and I use anywhere from 10-25 pound weights depending on the exercise. This isn't to say that you "shouldn't" feel soreness, I just don't, and I have a trainer who corrects my form, and decides on the weight I am capable of lifting.

The other day, I put on a bathing suit for the first time since last summer, decided to take a pic or two to see what I actually look like… I saw abs!!! I'm like.. BOOM!

So, are you only trying to lose weight for your wedding, and then you don't care anymore? Next week will be next week. Next month, next year, etc... will all come, whether or not you're a skinny-minnie or a chunky-monkey. Do not put time lines on weight loss. Do the best you can, and be happy with the progress you have…
