6 lbs in 4 weeks… this WILL be challenge. whew… here goes!!! I just realized that 6 lbs is 2lbs under my goal weight. Well… can't hurt, can it? Just means more lean muscle!

Tofu mousse!!! As long as it tastes like dairy mousse... or bacon mousse, as long as it tastes like dairy mousse.

I MUCH prefer short hair on myself. I have no problem pulling out my tools and fixing/making something I like sleeping alone (I like the break I get when my husband is working away) No maternal clock I can change a tire Being a clothing designer doesn't defy my gender, but wanting to design menswear does!

I <3 my trainer. He is the only reason I go to the gym, because I have someone waiting there for me. I also like that he corrects my form, because even if I have "good form" most of the time, I do have slip-ups and he lets me know. I also like that he counts for me, and increases the weight when things get too "light"…

Bridal Luncheon, and specify either "best wishes only" or even "the bride requests that in leu of gifts, a donation be made to _____"

I had some diet cherry pepsi, and it was glorious! Water is absolutely the best thing to drink, but if we only drank water, it would be like never taking time off of work. We all need vacations, in every sense and aspect of our lives.

I <3 GNC Total Lean swiss chocolate, ready to drink. Ok, so they are under $4 per bottle… is that really more expensive than something at the grocery store? Nope. 25g protein, 6 g fat, 6 g carbs - I see nothing wrong there. Lactose free - even better. 170 cals total. I say, go in and sample one (they let you do that). I…

Elyse and/or Mara for girl - OH! I forgot, I'm really loving my Grandmother's name lately - Frances - I don't really know why, because it is so old lady Theodore for a boy

I'm with you 100%. I get annoyed too with this kind of thing too.

my trainer has me eat my body weight in lbs converted to g in protein. So 150lbs = 150g (strength training purposes) which does convert to 30% protein for me. 40% carbs, 30% protein, 30% fat. It's working for me :) It is true that at a certain point your body wont absorb it properly, BUT that is why eating protein at every…

I used to just reply with a funny look and "I don't know…?" Nobody could reply to that. It made them feel very uncomfortable for asking such an absurd question. I think I might start replying to the "why no kids" question with a puzzled look and "hmm… why do you ask?". That is a fantastic response.

I  Coco Chanel for this quote; Having terrible style is better than having no style. I would much rather dress like someone who tries and goes all out yet looks ridiculous than dress like someone who seemed to have just rolled out of bed and doesn't care. I have the biggest pep in my step when I feel great about…

3 months is a long enough time to decide if you want to be in a relationship with someone exclusively. I would be skeptical of this guy too. If it is making you uncomfortable, I would say good bye. I don't see why he has to take his ex out for her birthday. Talking to an ex is one thing, taking them out for their birthday…

I will tell you what my mother likes to tell me constantly... Pear shaped women (I, like you, am pear shaped) shrink from the top down. So you will likely see it in your face first, then move down to your boobies, then hips, then thighs. This has TOTALLY happened to me! For the longest time my tummy/hips/thighs weren't…

A major problem for the US is the govenment subsidies to corn and soy (which are used as fillers and for extending the shelf life of processed foods), but not other agriculture, so it is less expensive for those things than produce that is healthier to consume. I don't think it is the fast food industry, as they are just…

Every chance I get! It's not just words either. I say it, and I make sure he knows I mean it. He says it too, and I know he means it.

I agree with you for most of this, except the shower. It should NOT be thrown by the mother(s), that is like asking people to bring your child gifts - that is considered tacky (well… according to Emily Post). Friend or Aunt is considered more appropriate. Also, for the registry, don't put the registry cards in the…

Oh, I agree, it can be a bit of a puzzle, but at the same time like others have said... and I know you said it too... they are probably aware that they have food issues, and are either doing something about it, or want to start but don't know how... or maybe just don't care. It's hard to just let that stuff go, especially…

If you have taken dietetics in school and are becoming an RD, isn't this something that you would have studied in psychology class? Dietitians do not simply help with actual food intake, they help to understand lifestyle and how food is affected by it. Maybe that is what you are trying to do without making anyone specific…

Yup, just like America has a day… I <3 Canada! Wouldn't live anywhere else! My Grandfather was born on July 1st and worked for the government in tourism, so it's been instilled in us that Canada Day is the best day ever!

Bahahaha! I always thought my profile was open... see? Dunce! It's now open and ripe for the pickin's

Me! I'm a dunce, and have no idea how to post photos on here, but you can just click on my profile and see my photos. The ones of me in the same outfit are weekly photo check-ins, ranging from 157-152... I think...

I'm 5'6" 150 lbs 28" waist... I have always had a very small waist for my size though. I can remember having caliper measurements done on my waist, and the girl doing them was very surprized by how little my waist was... incomparison to the rest of my body, that is; I'm quite flabby in other areas.

Ah ha! This solves EVERYTHING!

If he is craving that much attention while you don't have kids, how will he behave when/ if you do have children who litterally take up your whole life? I think you need to talk to him and mutually come to a decision about priorities. You need to be healthy, as does he, and it sounds like he needs to get some perspective…
