I roast corn in the oven. A bag of frozen corn a little olive oil, salt, pepper, onion/garlic powder, maybe cajun seasoning. Very yummy.

I recently bought my first pair of size 14 jeans (for the first time in 25 years or more). Even better those 14 jeans are only about 2 months old, and I was just a week ago able to squeeze into a size 12. The 12's aren't wearable in public yet, but I was still excited.

One year ago , I got on the scale and was back uo to 205.6 lbs. I had been 207 about 4 years ago and lost about 20 lbs. but put it all back on. So last April, I made the effort to start again. My latest NSVs are (1) I was able to use 14 lb. free weights to do arm exercises at the gym; and (2) I finally fit back into my one size smaller jeans that I fit into, like, 3 years ago after losing weight then.
