I would see a doctor. If you changed too much too soon, it could be the extra fiber in your diet that your body isn't used to. I tend to feel like crap after having a really bad meal, but can have moderate sweets no problem and I eat red meat probably more than I should...

No, because I have abs and mine sticks out a little after I've eaten all day lol She shouldn't be bloating that much after a small meal like that. Chances are it's the fiber in the PB and she may have some digestive issues.

First off...the flatter your stomach is, the more it will stick out with the more food you eat. But I used to get that bad when I had severe problems with my IBS. It's gotten better now that I found the right blend of probiotics for me, but when I eat all day it still sticks out at night...that's just anatomy lol

No...I've never carried a pregnancy to term but I can tell you that weight loss is weight loss...doesn't matter if it's baby weight or not! It took me 9 months to lose my 70lbs...

I was addicted to Reese's Cups til I discovered all natural PB and dark chocolate. Now I'm so addicted to the PB I just skip the chocolate and spoon it right in my mouth lol

I ask them to add me on FB. Then you start getting to know them as a whole person, not just their fitness side. To me it's a much better connection. Plus, some of the girls I've made friends with I've been working with for the past 6 months or a year so that made us closer. I've made some very good friends on this site!

I'm 40 and have been on a mission to ensure that my metabolism doesn't slow! it's not because we are getting older than our metabolisms are slowing, just that we are losing muscle. Muscle burns fat! So my primary fitness goal in my 40s is to add muscle so that I can eat 2000 cals per day and not gain! Feel free to FR me! :)

Every. Single. Day. and when I try to shut the door, she makes so much noise clawing the door open I just let her in lol.
