Funny..I'm not trying to "sell" all my family and friends. Hmmm. And I've been a coach since 2012. And I did build my full time income in about 3 hours per day till I quit my job and started coaching full time. Please talk about your experience and yours ONLY. You cannot speak for all of the other coaches out there. I"m…

Not true... Lindsay Matway, our top coach in 2013, was "orphaned" into this business and had to build hers from the ground up. It doesn't really matter what team you come in with. I was also "orphaned" into this business and am building a solid team, but I see some coaches come in under the top coaches and fail miserably.…

And you know this how? Have you ever given an honest, consistent and long-term effort at an MLM? Because MLMs have produced more millionaire than any other occupation. How can you make such a blanket statement without knowing her occupation, education and situation? Becoming a TBB Coach was the best decision I have ever…

Or on something, at least. You do know that nicotine constricts the blood vessels and sets you up for stroke or heart attack, even without the cigarette smoke, right? Meth also provides a great rush and you can work out for DAYS! Why not try that? Addiction is addiction and what you're feeling is the reward center in your…

I do heavy lifting at home and i don't have room for a squat rack, either. I have a set of adjustable dumbbells, DVDs and I have the best results of my life :)

I was on and off Lo Ovral (generic low ogestrel) from age 16 to age 35 and managed to maintain my 70-lb weight loss in that time. Funny, the year I did start gaining it back, I wasn't on the pill! lol Now I'm too old for the pill and I miss playing "God" with my TOM and miss the light and cramp free TOM. Sigh...to be young…

I lost 70lbs in 1987 and by 1997 I had regained 40lbs of it because I failed to keep up with my exercise when I was done losing. I started working out in 1997, lost that weight and have been exercising and maintaining ever since. I would not have maintained that 2nd weight loss if I hadn't been exercising. I know that as a…

"Heavy" to me is heavy enough for me to fail in 8-12 reps. The weight itself is subjective...different for every person. What's heavy to me may be light to the next person.

I just realized this thread is 5 yrs old! lol!!

I'm praying for menopause! I've had enough! lol Good nutrition will certainly help!! Sending FR now :)

I eat late and break all the "rules" as far as that's concerned. I eat dinner typically around 8:30pm and if I have a snack it's usually 9:30 and I go to bed around 11:30 most nights. It's a myth. I was obese as a kid so I'm not naturally "skinny", either. I find I cannot sleep if I am hungry.

Don't starve yourself. EAT to FUEL your body! Weight loss isn't about deprivation, it's about giving your body what it needs to function at its optimal best! :)

I eat 40% carbs, 30% protein, 30% fat, and that's considered a "moderate carb" eating plan I guess? I think the USDA calls for 55% carbs, 25% protein, 20% fat or something like that, but I don't have any kidney issues and prefer the higher protein since I lift. Hope that helps! Do you know how to manually change your goals…

Well, the people I already know in person! lol I actually became really close to a couple of girls and am meeting them in Vegas in June!

Most likely it's whey protein. Do you normally have a hard time digesting dairy? Don't switch to soy. It's not safe. Look into Vegan protein like brown rice/pea protein or egg white protein. That's what I use b/c I'm allergic to whey.

Quacks. A temp fix for a permanent problem. They keep you coming back and back with no permanent resolution. I had a bad car accident in 2000 with nerve damage to my extremities, permanent hip dysplasia and a bad shoulder, carpal tunnel, and chronic pain as a result. After years of temp relief from assorted chiropractors,…

Definitely think eating plan and exercise over "diet". And I didn't wanna tell anybody I was losing weight when I first started, either, just in case I failed. I know exactly how you feel! I just sent a friend request :)

^^^^^^this! WHAAAAAT? Why in the world would you need to "bulk a little" to get rid of a belly? You may wanna revisit the basics. And there's nothing wrong with where she posted...she is just getting started. She don't need to gain weight to lose her belly! SMDH!

Celery, Brussels sprouts, asparagus, tofu or anything soy or tempeh, just to name a few lol

If you eat at a deficit, you will still lose weight. I drink Shakeology for other reasons besides weight loss. I personally lost my weight over 20 yrs ago before shakes were even out there (besides Slim Fast, which is pure slop anyway). Shakeology is only available to residents of the US/Canada/US Territories or military…

I know that i"m 41 yrs old and maintain my weight loss at around 1800-2000 cals per day. I do not have a naturally fast metabolism but I eat several times per day and have built muscle, but you can most definitely put your body in starvation mode by eating too little and overtraining. Not to mention making yourself sick…
