You're only eating 1200 cals and are wasting some of them on beer? Up your calories. You're trying to build muscle and not fueling that muscle properly. So instead of the muscle burning the fat, the muscle isn't able to fully develop for the workouts you're doing.

In talking to other WW members, you are absolutely right! A lot of them have no idea what the nutritional value of their food is and how many calories they should be eating. Some of us are not naturally "curvy". When I was fat, I didn't get fat in those "feminine" areas. So I guess the risk of diabetes goes down as long as your thick in those "feminine" areas so pleasing to men? Here's devil's advocate. I don't diet. I eat everything in moderation, as much as I can around my whey allergy, anyway lol. I allow a little wiggle room. I eat well about 85% of the time and "bad" about 15% of the time. That's worked for me for over 20 years!

I do some intense cardio and post workout, I drink a recovery drink and wait at least an hour before eating my meal. And if I eat too fast I get that same feeling like the food isn't going down so I take my time. Also, maybe slow down and work your way back up to that class.
