It is all about attention.

The front half wasn't half bad either. Definitely the curvy gal. I can dig it.

Very important to engage your core on all your lifts. It provides stability and strength to all of your lifts. Also remember to have active shoulders on your overhead press; squeeze your traps at the top of the movement. Have fun!

Get into strength training. Movements that force you to engage your core. A strong functional core is better than one is just for show. Basically listen to FitnessTrainer69, obviously he is doing it right.

[/quote] There really isn't. Everyone on here eats differently. There's no standard diet for success. I suggested measuring out what you already eat, so you can understand how big or small your portion sizes already are and where you can (and should) make adjustments, so that you will find success. Yup. All said well in the above. Calorie deficit = Fat loss. Eat clean and work hard. Results will come. That being said I enjoy a good warm jog and run after my weight training sessions.

Stronger than the fear of failure; is the will to win.

This is on of my favorites, but I have made some changes. Original recipe on the link. http://www.skinnytaste.com/2009/03/petite-turkey-meatloaves-45-pts.html Ingredients: 1/2 small onion, minced 1 tsp olive oil 1.3 lb 99% lean ground turkey 1/2 cup oatmeal 1/4 cup ketchup + 2 tbsp (I use homemade BBQ Sauce) 2 tsp…

Wear with pride. It is all about your confidence. People chatter about people, just human nature. I say go with it, you got it :)

I always thought being jacked would be ideal, but it just doesn't seem functional. I have never been able to really put on muscle mass, but we'll see how this round goes. I'm 5'11 - 6' on a good day, but my ideal weight would be a solid 175-180lbs.

Might as well hop on the bandwagon for an ego trip. Yeehaw!

A lot of nopes...time to buck the trend.

Great job on the weight loss. That is terrific accomplishment. In my opinion it should be about how you feel. If you feel great that wear that as a badge. If you really want to turn your critics on their head, at weight training to your lifestyle. It's a great boost of energy and as your muscles develop the critique will…

Sure. If it was a runway walk then I might be nervous.

Former athlete and married. Highly probable to coach his children's sports team.

It takes a whole lot of testosterone for a woman to get bulky. Why doesn't he lift as well? If he really has a problem and fear of not being the 'Alpha' in a relationship then why doesn't get put for the effort and hit the gym himself?

An alter ego. Real name and screen name end in X.

What kind of lifts are you doing? To me lifting heavy falls into the range that something that I can lift 3-6 times while still maintaining strict form.
