I believe the friends list provides unbiased support. We are all here for the same reason. We are here to make healthy lifestyle changes. This is place where you can talk bout working out and eating right without the fear of bad press we can receive from friends in the real world. Keep in mind that just like anything on…

Finally a thread that I have been looking for. Since it is summer time I am trying to keep it lean, but once fall hits I will be needing to and wanting to put on some mass so that I can finally have a muscular foundation.

I concur with the lot; eat more. Also add strength training. Added muscle will burn more calories throughout the day. The body is a furnace; fuel it up and burn hot!

Didn't see my name listed by any admirers...time to put in more work hahahaaa

Yup I second the notion....Eat more than 1200 calories you're a man!

I was 'Skinny fat' due to college binge drinking and late night meals with no activity. But the keyword in the previous sentence 'WAS'. I'm well on my way to my goals!

The best way I deal with late night cravings is making it part of my calorie intake plan. I usually either have a 1/2C to 1C of the Fage 0% fat Greek yogurt, coupled with either a cup of diced strawberries or a peach.

To me it is not about size. It is more about shape. Same goes for the upper half of the female anatomy. Not a fan of the 'pancake butt'

You were right on par. You asked nicely, they declined. Basically they have no comprehension gym etiquette. Only suggestion, always keep in mind alternate lifts/exercises when you run into an issue like this as you don't want to slow down your burn because they suck at life.

Fat does not turn into muscle. They are completely two different things. As for getting bulky, this is a misconception by quite a few women. There is not enough testosterone in the female genetics to get bulky. It takes an insane amount of discipline and hard work at the gym to get "bulky" even for men. I would suggest…

I always like to have multiple types of cardio. Rather do multiple exercises one after another instead one continuous cardio exercise. 3500m Rowing about 13 minutes 15 minute run 5 minute jump rope I do this after my weight training.

True statement above...Must women are under the impression that lifting weights is going to turn them into a bodybuilder. It will not. It takes an insane amount of discipline, determination and well obsession to get to the huge bodybuilder status. Lifting weights is a blast I think every one should get it chance.

Keep in mind that weight on the scale is subjective. We all love to see the number drop, but I always like to take into account the NSV(non-scale victories). Based on the diet the trend seems to be more over than under. The component that I would like to see is the type and frequency of the exercises you are doing. Being…
