Wow the improvement from your early photos is fantastic. Whatever you are doing is workign very well. Definitely dig your degree as well. It was wasn't until recently that I found I had an interest in fitness and the human body in general. Good luck with PHD. With the hard work you put in the gym the PHD should be a snap.…

@doeyh Good work. Your shoulders are looking good, beginning to see definition. Keep up the soild work.
-
@mandasimba You should be more than mildly proud  I don't really see the flab you are referring to but you're shoulders do have some strength behind them. I trick that I use to focus on tightening up is all in the mind. I think of my body as a furnance...sounds weird but it helps. The harder I work the hotter the…

@Yanicka1 Your shoulders are starting to show definition  What you are doing is working, keep at it.

@ heidi_1990 not sure how to change the size, but to make it show up, change the

@Rae6503 Great submission pic. You're getting bonus points for your profile quote "Muscles are BEAUTIFUL" and for hitting up the strong lifts 5x5. I have tried to do stronglifts myself, but I got so used to other lifts during my workout that it was hard for me to follow. I currently incorporate the SL lifts into my routine…

@MariaMariaM Your MFP friends have it right. You are putting work and seeing results. Hard work pays off and you can see that from you pic.
-
@Jennieb37 Your quote fits you perfect, "Lean Mean Fightin' Machine". Keep up the good work.

Anything you can't see when you are facing the mirror. Example my profile pic.

Optimum Nutrition makes pretty good stuff. There protein is yummy, the multiple flavors add variety which helps. I generally pick up my product from Allstar Health. They are pretty competitive in price 5lbs 49.99. I suggest trying Banana Cream

Running stairs and jump roping.

The Chive is a site that is purely entertainment. A collection of humor photos, cool **** and of course beautiful Chivettes. It updates throughout the day and even has specific daily postings, HUMP DAY is a great one.

In my opinion and this is only my opinion. The machines are a trap. I prefer free weights, dumbbells and such. Another post listed your body as the best machine, in which I agree whole heartily. Another valuable thing at a gym, is open space.

hahaha this is my favorite MEME

Your stomach is slim and sexy. From what I can see your upper body seems to narrow out a bit towards your shoulders. Are you doing any weight training or is it mostly cardio? If you are not lifting any weights then I would say add them to your routine. If you are lifting try increases the weight. It should not be to easy…

The foundations are laid out from what I can tell. And you are absolutely right building a chest, it takes time. I am still working on mine as well. I do feel your pain the love handles. What are your goal? Size, Definition, Strength?
-
Fantastic work. Shows real dedication. I love the can do attitude that is found all over MFP
-
@dusty8907 - Thank you for the input. Yeah looking over the pic again I do notice the bi's not be in balance with rest of the arm. I always felt my shoulders were my weak point. @Trail_Addict - I would kill for a swimmers body. That is more the build I am looking for as stocky build would just seem off on my frame.…

Alright time to see where I fit on this one. Like another user earlier in this thread I just started a bulk cycle. So there will be some fat gain over the next few weeks.
