I log whatever I drink. I allow myself like 1 night every 2 weeks-month or so to drink beer, otherwise like everyone else on here I try to drink liquor. I can sympathize with the jeans problem. I have a 33 waist and a 40 butt... I've been able to find jeans at Deb that are made for girls with big butts and small waists... They help so much with the plumber crack problem and have a little stretch to them for my also ":thicker" thighs... Hope things get better!!

The carton of egg whites I used says 3tbsp is the equivalent of the egg whites from 1 large egg. I kind of guessed that I had 6tbsp, because that container I used is 1 cup, and I filled it a little under half way which is about 6-7 tbsp. So I'd guess about the amount of egg whites in 2 eggs.

I'd give yourself a few days to relax and get healthy... if you really don't want to stop all together, maybe just some walking or light exercises. But I'd load up on the fluids, and get plenty of rest to get that sickness out of you!
