I look at each diary if they have it available to look at ...I like to see what they have eaten to give me some ideas what might work better for myself and then try it. This chick hasn't found balance yet....working on it ...Just hard to leave your house at 6am don't get home till 6pm and then try to fit cooking for the family , getting your exercise in and all that good stuff. It's something that we have to work out ahead of time. We will get there :)
