That doesn't sound like a lot of calories. You can also not lose because you don't eat enough. Your body goes into starvation mode.

At least when you were pregnant you didnt have someone say that you didnt look pregnant. Mind you at the time I was like 7-8 monthes pregnant and weighed 290+. I also had a patient say that my husband must really love me because I was so fat.(mind you she was confused, but still)

I dont know if I will be able to run this year(espescially a 1/2 marathon LOL), When is the race? If anything I would do a 5 k maybe. Good luck. Too bad we dont live closer we could train together.

I agree you can occ. I wouldnt do it all the time, but I wouldn't deny yourself either. If you want a hamberger you can. If you deny yourself it just going to make you want it more. I know I would end up binging on it.

Good luck on not needing to have surgery. Also keeping track of you calories while you are down. It is really easy to sit around and just eat when you cant really do things and get bored.

You also have to watch canned things. They are usally higher in sodium. I like using steam bag veg. The more fresh you do the better.

What did you put for your weight loss goal per week? If you said 2 lbs it wil subtract 1000 cal per day becuse that is what you need to eat less to lose 2 lbs/week.

I would like to join. I have well over 100 to lose. I am taking one day and one pound at a time. I need to get back to working out again. I was walking 3 miles a day and then I had to get ready for a garage sale last week and I havent been able to get back at it again. I havent been doing to bad with calories.

Maybe you are trying to drink too much of it at a time. Maybe just always have a glass or a bottle of water all the time. Just drink through out the day. I seem to need to drink a lot when I eat. So I usually easily get in 2 glasses of water at a meal if I have it there.
