  • Thanks to eating light foods during the day and doing a little mall walking before the movie. I was able to go out for supper and get popcorn at the movies. It also helped that I signed up for rewards program and got a junior popcorn for free and not gotten the bigger one I would have otherwise.

  • @danielle7577‌ I do eat less on those days. I work 12-14 hour days 3 days a week and am very active at work, on my day off I am not anywhere near as active. Which I need to get better about I know. I also use it to encourage me to be more active, but I also use it to help me with my cals. It reminds me to eat less.

The least women are supposed to eat is 1200 and men is like either 1500 or 1800. Plus with exercising you are even taking in less.   • @annpetry3 I know this is too late for you going out, but what I like too do is if they have nutrition info online I will check it out and decided before I go. I know that isn't always possible.
  • I am so far doing lots of water. Eating small frequent meals and lots of veggies is also supposed to help. My problem most of the time isn't being hungry, it is eating just because it is time too and eating too much. Also thinking if I haven't eaten in a long time that I can eat whatever I want to and be under cals.

  • @softblondechick‌ I think some of that isn't the fact that the men like overweight women, it's that they only like the woman if she is very overweight and they sabotage the woman if she tries to lose weight.   • @tlh0407‌ my son also learned the hard way. He isn't close to being old enough to drive, but unless it was being used for school work he lost all electrics. Also he was getting a D. Guess what he got the grade up and right now he is getting a b the last I looked, granted it is early in the semester.
