GREAT job! FANTASTIC!! You are a HUGE (yet tiny) inspiration for me. I'm tall as well, and have a really difficult time imagining myself at goal (165-170). As I scrolled through your pics and saw how itty bitty you are at 172, I'm super duper inspired and can't wait to look as absolutely wonderful as you do. Congrats on…

Thanks, folks. I think what I might do is change out my nonfat greek yogurt evening snack in favor of a large apple and a few TB of peanut butter. It's what I wanted tonight anyways, but couldn't fit it in due to the other meals I've had throughout the day. Yay for bike riding. No wonder I was so fit and trim when I did…

Walden Farms products are calorie free, but I don't understand where you're expecting to get calories from if not from carbs, protein, and fat. *confused*

Thanks for sharing. Mine are in the oven right now. Perfect little snackie snack when I've got calories to budget. These are going to be great. I can tell just by the little lick I had off a spoon, LOL Thanks again! edit to add: these came out AWESOME!!!!!

ooh yum! thanks for sharing!

I had mine out a couple years ago. While I no longer have any issues unless I go long hours without eating anything, I did have an adjustment period for a few months after. Anything I ate would come flying out within minutes for the first couple of weeks. When that settled down, it was mainly anything with added fat (like,…

LOL that's awesome! this website is COOL! You can set your macro requirements, calories, how many meals. You can even drag/drop food items into your meal categories, that way it's not spitting out options you wouldn't enjoy. Like, my first round, it was suggesting cottage cheese. i hate that crap! I modified the foods from…

OMG! Check this out! Yay for outloud thinking and then searching google. http://swole.me/ You can even change the macro nutrient values to match what you're after. This is totally awesome. Yay!

LMAO, being that you know me in real life, you know good and well the only way to get me to shut up is to stick some food in my face, LOL!! Thanks for the motivation. I've always looked to you as a source of inspiration. One of these days, I'm going to know the joy you knew from hitting and surpassing your goal. I got to…

:) Hey Emma. I was just gearing up to make my 'im back' post when I saw yours and figured I'd respond before getting on to mine. Welcome back! What kind of goals do you have?

wow, i wonder what's wrong with his own body that he feels he needed to point out a complete stranger's flaws in such a rude and unacceptable way. He probably has a tiny wiener...... LOL
-
ok, you had me at coffee, you woo'd me at protein drink......would you share this recipe?
-
this gets my vote for the best post on MFP evar! LOL
-
hey i bet they could make something tasty out of that, too!

baaa hahahahaaaaaa!!!

i think i'd rather eat soylent green. LOL

I think the other post you made was removed because you lumped Bulimia into the category of 'diets that don't work'. I agree, fad diets don't work and people should suck it up and just do it the right way, but bona fide eating disorders just aren't the same thing :flowerforyou:

Definitely not a rumor! Chocolate milk has the perfect protein:carb ratio. I drink it after every bike ride. Hmm, maybe that's why I can ride like the wind and not be sore, but I'm hurting after a short run. Too late for chocolate milk to do the job now though. It's got to be consumed right after the exercise. Doh!

Just want them back in working order for tonight's bike ride, LOL! I've been working out plenty, just haven't been running. Apparently the legs didn't appreciate it as much as I did :)

remember that as you tear down and build up muscle, they are going to retain water while they repair themselves. water weighs a lot! :)

Ugh. Just say NO to padded seats. The more contact area you have, the worse off you're going to be. Smaller, firmer, slit up the middle, quality shorts, chamois cream. I ride over 100 miles a week, and regularly participate in 100-mile rides (getting married at the starting line of the MS150 this year!). Seriously, I can…

Go to a bike shop that can measure your sit bones. Once it is determined where your bones hit, they can get you a nice comfy seat. Additionally, get you a GOOD pair of cycling shorts/bibs. Gore makes awesome shorts and bibs with a fantastic pad. Oddly enough, the store brand up at Performance Bike also has top notch pads.…

First off, LMFAO at your avatar! Classic!!!! Second, the Biggest Loser game does kinda stink. You can only do one player at a time. The Your Shape game can accept up to four people at once :) Looking forward to challenging my kids with it today. It was so cute to see my 6 year old daughter doing butt-kicks, squats, and…

ooh ooh, AND she said she hopes I dont have any meetings tomorrow (I work from home) because she wants to go out on another bike ride. Her brother wants to come too. SUCCESS! Ah, I'm so happy. 80 days til I can call them mine'ish! LOL And hey, to the lady who complimented my ring....THANK YOU :D *blush*

Hey gang.....first off, THANK YOU! Thank you for not getting all high and mighty or judgmental. The internet is such a weird place and that kind of crap can work its way into the best of threads, so I really and truly am appreciative that this thread hasn't taken that turn :) :flowerforyou: Secondly, check this out! I made…

LOL can we trade? You'd puke if you saw what I looked like in that region.

Care to share your reasons behind your opinion? I've only had it out of the case for an hour so I've not had a chance to evaluate the entire game. So far, what I've seen, I've loved, especially compared to EA Sports Active and Wii Fit. And what other games out there are better? LOL You insult the game and say there's…

Oh ya, wanted to add...I've got the EA Sports Active and WiiFit. This one blows them both out of the water :D

Try bicycling! You can do it at ANY weight, and it burns a crapton of calories, and is anything but dull :) Good luck!

ya, whats even more disturbing than whats going on in the midsection is whats going on in the head. The overweight woman has some big, light-colored blobs in there. I wonder what that is. Fat?
