I'm 5'3" and working to lose 15lbs. I started at 140 and I am currently 133, so halfway there! I'm kinda at a plateau right now :\ I'm hoping that I'll start dropping again after I start my new workout routine at the gym. :) Anyone feel free to add me!

I eat around 1200-1300 calories a day. Although I am about to begin a new workout routine so I might start eating a little bit more :P I'll add you!! :)

I am guilty of doing this! I love cooking so I like to take pictures of the dishes that turn out really well. I guess I take of a picture of it because I am proud of it and want to share my success. I also like to hear the opinions of my friends, who else am I going to share recipes with? lol :)

As long as you get your min of 1200 calories by the end of the day, having a longer break between meals is fine. Personally, even when I don't have much of an appetite, I have a small little snack before my next meal like 10-20 almonds or apple sauce. Neither snacks are really filling but they give me the few extra…

It's been a month for me, and I lost about 5lbs, but this week I am a couple of pounds heavier. I haven't cheated on my diet and I've been doing cardio everyday and strength training 4 days a week. The scale is kinda bugging me right now. All I can really do is give it more time and not crack from my frustration XD

Sometimes I eat 40g more of protein than MFP suggests, and I am working on opening up my food diary for ya'll :P

All good ideas :) I especially like the idea of drinking milk or juice, because I really feel like I am eating alot ( I am full most of the time lol)
