  • I find controlling portions is very difficult also. But to prevent over eating in one sitting you could drink alot of water regularly (it works for me sometimes) and make sure you eat regularly (every 3-4hrs) so you find your less inclined to binge eat. Have smaller meals or snacks frequently. And like the other members…
  • Yeh I always have a small notebook in my hand bag also. I just jot meals / foods down if i know I wont be near a computer for a while. I also try to pre-plan my meals, record them down on MFP the night before. That way its done and you'l be more likely to stick to a healthier eating plan that next day. :drinker:

  • sorry to side track abit BUT... question for SHBoss Can I ask how come your calorie per day alowance is 3000-3300? is that because your doing alot of exercise? your very active? Your on maintenance calories now not trying to lose anymore weight? Im quite a small person.. so does this mean I have to eat smaller meals…
  • Spirulina is high in iron, it can be used in milk shakes or fruit smoothies. Sometimes I just sprinkle it into some of my dishes. Can you eat eggs? eggs are a good source of iron. I also find some types of milk have iron in them and breakfast cereals like special K has about 30% to 40% of your RDI of iron. Hope that helps…

  • Thanks for your support.. Im finding that 4 days a week im ok.. but 3 days a week I usually slip up.. Im not kicking myself and moping about it anymore.. But I am trying my best not to have splurgest too often. Im going to just try and eat my recommended calorie amount and eat my exercise calories... Its just sooooooo HARD…
  • It doesnt look like your going too far under on the carbs and your exercising so going slightly over on the protein should be ok. Looks like your doing very well Keep up the good job :flowerforyou:

  • Its whey protein, it taste like a vanilla milkshake, quite nice. But yeh I have my suspicions about it. Maybe if I need my extra protein after a run Il stick with a my yogurt or trim milk..
