baby number 2 as well. Got sick and tired of clothes feeling tight! Always tired with my 4yo and 1yo - but determined to make a change!! I found exercising in the mornings has worked and pre logging. feel free to add me :smiley:

Great post!! I have a 4 and 1 year old. I just use exercise DVDs I get from the library or you tube and I tell my 4 year old it's a game- he loves it. Even the 1 year old tries to join in. I only do 30mins at a time but it's better than nothing :smile:

I had a good day eating and exercise-wise today. NO DESSERT after dinner (didnt even crave any) - I think its because I made myself eat a little more during lunch seems to stop me from craving sweets.
