Id have to agree that 1.5lbs per week is alot to lose. If your just starting out, maybe change your goals to 1lbs per week (use the default or recommended setting on MFP). Or just start with cutting out 200cal a week and gradually increase the calorie deficit to the reccomended level. If you make a drastic change to your…

Be kind to your body, and yourself. Focus on the days that you were disciplined with your exercise and eating plan. Then allow yourself a break. Do you add the music yourself and it helps you arrange music to sync for when you are walking then running?? I tried to get the suz C25K but it doesn't seem to download that podcast I like hip hop dance music and I find the other ones are too techie for me. YEH!! got my results back and ALL CLEAR!!!!! I was petrified last week, was having test done for glandular fever and pituitary gland tumour!!! BUT ALL CLEAR!!! I am actually going over in my proteins and sugar. The only thing that I am not going over in is carbs! I still eat carbs, I just have reduced the amount.
