Yeah. Go to the food tab, then select "settings." I added sugar to mine. I found out it's really hard not to go over. My banana this morning added a lot to the total :/ But a banana is better than a candy bar...

I'm down 2lbs. I've been slacking on my cardio, but have been doing my strength training. Going to get my homework done, then knock out my cardio for the day

I am going to run run run... and do a lot of strength training. Lunges work wonders for me and I want to finally complete the kettle bell workout dvd I bought!

only lost 34 pounds!!!? That is a great accomplishment! I cannot wait til I can say that I have lost 5 pounds let alone 34... Keep up the good work :)

I thought about doing that with new clothes, but I'm glad I didn't. I still have old clothes that I barely wore that I keep for when I lose weight. I should place them somewhere where I see them every day!
