I had a physical this week and lab tests showed I've lowered my triglycerides from June--from 182 to 137! I am thrilled. My total cholesterol is also down to 184! I'm in the process of trying to get off diet soda and just onto water and coffee. I find if I allow myself one diet coke a day I'm ok. That's down from like 6/day.

Like 1500 net calories /day with a bunch of exercise. I am usually over in fat grams and under in carbs and protein. Just wondering if this is a temporary thing that I just have to endure for awhile or if I need to do something different
