  • Just finished W3D7 covering a total of about 5.3km. The first 3 minutes and the last 3 always seem to be the hardest but I got through the rest OK. Week 4 here I come. Good luck everyone!
  • My breathing is pretty poor too. I am on W3 D3 and breathing is what I struggle with the most, but I just push through it and haven't collapsed so far so I guess I'm ok. I find my throat gets really sore when it's cold too which is the worst.

  • 1) I am Week 3 Day 3 2) Monday Wednesday Friday and aerobics or cross training Tuesday and Sunday 3) To have a realistic goal to work towards that I can hopefully feel proud of achieving and then move on to 10k! 4) Weight loss and overall fitness 5) I've lived in the Middle East for 6 years
