I drink more than 64oz of water now because I replaced the empty calories for fruit juices with it. I figured if I can drink as much juice as I was, I can drink water. My skin is thanking me for it now. :)

I do cardio everyday. On strength training days, I go over to weights first and get that out of the way. Then I do cardio for 45-60min. You don't want to be lean with no strength.
