I so agree! I enjoy when I go and just record it high and don't weigh for a few days at least. Friday or Saturday are usually my cheat day and then the other days I try to do good. But I've lost 112 lbs.

I'm going to Chinese buffet today and I usually get a to go box and eat a 1/4 of it two or 3 times through out the day and the next. I had gastric bypass surgery and can't eat a lot at once. I struggle with figuring my calories for that time too. BUT now that I use the Fitbit, I just get an extra work out in and more steps…
