My hubby and I are going to go to VIctoria's Secret and buy a bunch of sexy stuff for me to wear!

I totally LOVE Bodypump! I have been taking it for two months now and it has helped me lose inches and tone up! I also take other les mills classes like BodyCombat, CXworks and Bodyattack. They are the best! It says on the flyer for Bodypump that it can burn up to 560 calories. So I always log 350 just to be safe, even…

Haha! That's funny!

Thank you! I lift weights and exercise five days a week and it is really starting to show. My profile pic is my before picture. It was actually taken last October. I started my weight loss journey in January. But I don't want to post after pics yet because I am still at it. But it sure does feel good. I got discouraged at…

How do you know that your belly isn't budging? Have you taken before measurements to compare to? Take your measurements in your waist hips and bust. And inner thighs. When I started three months ago, I took measurements and have lost four inches off my waist and three off my hips. But the only way I could tell is by the…

If I didn't eat before my gym classes, I would lose energy because I lift heavy and expend a lot of energy. I eat a protein bar and a glass of skim milk before I go and when I get back I make a protein shake with whey protein powder and fruit and milk.

I lift too, and you are right, it works! I don't go to that side of the gym tho, because I don't want to be the only girl in there. I take the classes at my gym in the early morning before work. They are Les Mills classes- Bodypump among others. Bodypump is the weight lifting class. It's awesome, it really helps burn fat.…

Hi. I have been exercising every morning before work since January at the gym. I am usually drenched in sweat when I am done because I do a lot of cardio and strength. And I am just now starting to see a difference. I took my measurements in Jan and I have lost three inches off of my waist and three off of hips. Weight has…

What is your goal weight? I would think that 142 is a good weight. I would love to be 142!

Mine is closed because I don't want to have to explain some things. Like for lunch if it says banana, peanut butter, whey protein powder and milk, some people may be like, huh? But to anyone who makes protein shakes, it's obviously a shake. Also I eat things in strange combinations sometimes, and I don't need to be…

Can you honestly say you have never tried a fad diet? I have. That's why I'm on here, because they don't work. But most people have to find out the hard way. (Like me!)

This is exactly what I was going to say! I get up early and take the 6am classes at the gym including cardio, weights and core classes, and I love it! I was scared when I first joined in Jan, because I thought I would quit in a month, like I have done other times, but this time I am keeping with it and I am so happy I am!…
-
I also feel stuck sometimes, but I like to think of it this way: If I quit now, in a year how will I look/feel? If I don't quit now and keep going, how will I look/feel in a year? I don't look at this as short term. When I reach my goal, I will continue to work out and eat healthy because it feels amazing and it will help…

Haha, yes this is definitely cheating! But you can't beat it for flavor and quickness and healthiness.

You're not even overweight, why would he/she be telling you to eat 1200 calories? Just curious.

I have found that since I started exercising five days a week and eating healthy foods, my cravings have almost completely gone away. When I do get the urge to munch, I will eat sunflower seeds or something else that take a long time to eat, and some tea.

BAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH! lowers to a whisper....oops, sorry

Musicians. And rednecks. Haha! What I mean is men who like to fish and hunt and have a good time. I married one.

Those sound sooo yummy!

You are doing amazing. If you want to see more success than just the scale, take your measurements. I have only lost 8 pounds in three months but I have lost a ton of inches on my waist, hips and bust. It's a great way to see the success without relying only on the scale. But you are doing great. Congratulations, keep it…

Exercise. That is what did it for me. I make a point to go to the gym every day, or at least four or five times a week and when I do, I don't feel as bad about it if I binge a little, but really, the exercise keeps me at a point where I don't want to screw up all the work I do at the gym so I don't really want to binge.

I have gone through this several times in the last few years. I have found that the only thing that keeps me on track and takes away my cravings is exercising until I feel like I will die in my gym's group classes, five days a week, and also eating healthy foods. And no sugary sweets. That was the hardest to give up, but…

Sorry, hon, but I don't buy it. People are not hating on you only because of your appearance, or training. I think maybe there is something in your personality that has changed since your training that is turning people off. I am not trying to be mean, I am trying to help. Once, years ago, I saw a talk show on TV, it was…

I think you're being silly. It's just a word. Everyone knows what it means in terms of dieting. No need to go and grab a dictionary to find the meaning. Stop playing word games and let people do what they want with their diets. Worry about yours.

Are you taking measurements? I, too was having difficulty losing but my measurements were showing consistent loss, so that was a great motivator. I have only lost eight pounds in three months, but I have lost four inches off of waist and three off hips. I do think that your running is causing a lot of muscle build up so…

I had the same problem until I cut them out cold turkey. No sugar at all. Nothing sweet, not even fruit. I was amazed that after only a week or two, my cravings for sweets stopped completely. Cold turkey is the way to go.

Whatever fitness routine you have been doing on yourself would be the best thing to do. Because you are used to it and would know better how to teach it.

I couldn't even imagine putting makeup on or hair spritz or whatever after a workout without a shower first. Are you really saying that you are looking for a way to hide the sweat smell or body oils from your workout? That's gross. Take a shower. But that's just me.

What about the starving thing? I would not care if I am getting nutrients, I would be so hungry I would simply HAVE to eat. So would you. We can't go through life in a constant state of hunger.

I play music and I'm supposed to be learning this new song for an upcoming show. I'll get around to it.
