Protein . Keeps you fuller for longer . i am doing the body trim diet at the moment . and you need to eat every three hours , i find i am never hungry . eat plenty of fiberous foods . Like vegies Boccoli, brussell sprouts etc

Yes , If you dont eat enough calories your body will still go into starvation mode . And then hold on to every thing from the meals that you are supplying it with. You should be eating some thing every three hours . Not eating past two or three isnt good . I have just started body trim and i find it excelllent. check it out

Weight comes off all over the body . Not just specific areas . There is no way to make it just come off one area . :( I wish
