  • Hi Katie! My name is Summer. I have been on MFP since August of this year...I did it last year too...this year I have lost 19 pounds since Aug 15. I am around 1290-1500 calories depending on my day of activity!! I would love to add you so we could check out each others food diary's!! :)
  • Yes, I am!! I think it is actually 1290...I would love to see your diary! You are more than welcome to look over mine. I try to eat as much protein to stay satisfied. I still get the things I love to eat like my breakfast & my nightcap before bed! ;)

  • I am new on here too! I love the idea of having friends that have the same goal as me...living a healthy lifestyle! Boo to dieting...no one can live on a diet for the rest of their life drinking cabbage or what ever the theme of the week is! I agree with you all about that it is a life style change...I still eat everything…
  • I work out in the mornings right after I take my boys to school. I have breakfast also before my workouts...so as soon as I get home I have a EAS advantEdge carb control shake with a banana. 17g of protein in the shake. Deals with the hungry to tie me over to lunch.
