I"m currently 133. My goal is 125. I am 36 yrs old and a mother of an infant. I am super motivated to get to my goal weight so please add me if you feel like exchanging ideas, really motivating eachother :) It is my goal to lose 8 lbs by end of summer and maintain.

Any type of sugar. I feel like my day is incomplete unless I have a sweet treat. Now, I just try to reduce my portion size and allow myself to indulge a bit each day. THat will stop me from binging somewhere down the line.
