My existing target is not healthy weight .. I set my target as 110 kg .. i'm between 118-120 now .. but stuck for more than a month ..

I try to eat zero back. but if i'm really hungry i eat back maximum half of what I burned.

Nothing beats swimming. Good intense swimming session equals lots of other repetitive exercises.
