are your measurements changing?
how close are you to being a healthy weight?
also you might want to track sodium too since that can effect water retention0 -

but are your measurements changing? are you wearing smaller clothes?
if you are then you're doing the right things if you aren't then you''ll have to make adjustments to either your food or your exercise or both0 -
Age? Weight? Height? Activity level?
IMHO MFP sets calories too low. I've had way better luck and feel way better eating at my TDEE minus 20%. I'm able to eat about 500 calories a day more than MFP had me set at and my energy, moods, and exhaustion have improved greatly. Scale moves slower, but measurements are still decreasing steadily.0 -
I will pass along what other people have told me...but like you...I've been stuck for more than a month. Make sure you are faithfully tracking...not letting little tastes creep in. Shake up your exercise....and keep on trying. It's bound to move someday soon!0

Have you re-adjusted your calories now that you've lost so much weight? If you change your weight increments slowly, MFP doesn't always readjust when it should (it's supposed to change every 5 pounds).
Try going into your My Home tab and change your goals, putting in your new weight. See if that changes your calories.
I'd also note that a month isn't that long.0 -
If your food log is accurate you seem to be doing well. When was the last time you adjusted your calorie amount? You may want to try this approach http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/654536-in-place-of-a-road-map-2-0-revised-7-2-12 and see if it helps.
As others have said, take measurements (chest, waist, hips at the very least) as the scale often does not tell the whole story.
You also might want to add some bodyweight strength training exercises. A good book on that is You Are your own Gym by Mark Lauren, and the app of the same name if you have an android smart phone. You might want to check out the bodyweight training group here as well as there are some good links to various programs http://www.myfitnesspal.com/groups/home/166-bodyweight-training
Beyond that, just keep going eventually your weight will start to come down if you are eating less calories than you are burning.0 -
Thanks all for the comments .. I have some ideas / plans now .. will see the status within another month ..0
