If its fat % you need to drop then that's a good plan a little cardio a lot of weights and strength but a progressive programme is best. I'm currently doing body weight routines

3 children well 4 actually the man is deffo on team children! Running a house and sorting meals etc I think I prefer exercise lol by the time the children are in bed I want to be on my own with music getting the frustration out
