Hi all I'm Tam 39 years old mum of 4. I managed to get to goal weight about 9 years ago and I had my 4th baby 2 years ago. It's so much harder but I'm back logging and weighing. struggling with working out

for those who havent lost weight in weeks

MFP calorie calculator question
Hi everyone Ive lost 22lbs in total and im 153lbs goal is 148lbs. However when I had lost 20lbs my calorie goal was 1820 and now its increased to 2020 can anyone explain why this is? I am still set at losing 0.5lbs a week and so does this seem right?

activity level soooo important
I had my activity level set to slightly active and was around 1650 calories a day and was losing weight slowly so changed it to active as im a SAHM to 3 children and what do you know the scale started moving again!!!

Im a stay at home mum to 3 children 11, 4 and 1. I do school run that is 5 min walk each way I do that 2 times a day I work out around 30 mins 4 times a week and I do all housework etc I don't log that as exercise its day to day activity what level would you put?

Scales or measurements?
Hi I have started a new regime so I do 3 days cardio 3 days circuits and weights, the scales say im gaining and tape measure says im losing which is fab I want to lose inches more than I want to lose lbs so should I ignore the scales? will the weight drop eventually?
