Ok so my diary is open .....im 5ft 5 29 yrs old and 153lbs on average and I was on 2020 calories but that seemed way too much so I dropped to 1800 only yesterday so going to stick with that for 2 months before reviewing the thing that im lost about is ive started looking fatter, ive not gained weight but could this be because ive increased the weight I lift from 3kg to 6kg? I know this may seem a silly question and is by no mean heavy lifting but im focusing on form before increasing again the 3kg was way too easy and the 6kg is doable but it hurts enough and so will stick with this and increase again when I can would this cause me to look fatter in the stomach area? im using food scale and when I cant I over estimate I use a heart rate monitor with calories burnt and my water is "cups" but I drink pints so 1 cup=1 pint I average 8 pints a day and this feels good for me.
Lets hope dropping to 1800 cals helps or is this not going to work?
