Hi everyone
Ive lost 22lbs in total and im 153lbs goal is 148lbs. However when I had lost 20lbs my calorie goal was 1820 and now its increased to 2020 can anyone explain why this is? I am still set at losing 0.5lbs a week and so does this seem right?

The closer you get to your goal weight , the less of a calorie deficient you will need. Therefore, your calories will increase.0

As you get more fit, your body will require more fuel to function properly (increased metabolism). When you switch your calories, keep an eye on your progress. At this point, shoot to drop 0.5-1 lb/week. If you get stuck, adjust your calories to maintain that progress.
