Scales or measurements?

Hi
I have started a new regime so I do 3 days cardio 3 days circuits and weights, the scales say im gaining and tape measure says im losing which is fab I want to lose inches more than I want to lose lbs so should I ignore the scales? will the weight drop eventually?

Yep ...ignore the scale. Sometimes you gain weight due to water retention. This is common especially when you start a new regimen. It should drop eventually.0

You've answered your own question - You want to lose inches... The tape measurer is now your best friend - The scales wont be!!!0
