struggling with working out

Hi everyone im in maintenance and want to keep up fitness it makes me feel good. A few months ago I was running 8-9k and now I can barely run 5 I liked kettle bells and Jillian Michaels routines I could easily do 30 mins but I cant I feel sick or like im running on empty any advice? Anything I can do to help it improve anything anyone can suggest is most welcome

    Sounds like overtraining.. which is from doing too much exercise for the amount of rest and nutrition you get. Which means one or more of those things needs to change - exercise, rest, nutrition (calories, protein, etc).

    Did this happen all of the sudden or has it been a gradual decline? What does your calorie intake and sleep look like?
