for those who havent lost weight in weeks

I haven't lost even 0.1 of a LB in weeks and its because my scales were out (food weighing) I upgraded from standard cheapy kitchen scales to decent digital ones that come with a bowl very handy for weighing and my 30g nuts and fruit mix is a hell of a lot smaller than my last scales allowed. I knew I was weighing everything and I wear a HRM for exercise so knew that was as accurate as I could get it and so this was the only thing it could be. Will update in a month when I weigh again and see if it has made the difference I think and hope it will
