Think ive put wrong activity level?

Im a stay at home mum to 3 children 11, 4 and 1. I do school run that is 5 min walk each way I do that 2 times a day I work out around 30 mins 4 times a week and I do all housework etc I don't log that as exercise its day to day activity what level would you put?

    hmmm as a mom I would put active then log purposeful exercise (the 30mins 4x a week) and eat those calories back...

    Personal opinion.

    I would just suggest putting "active" (whatever option is above "lightly active") and not necessarily eat back exercise calories.

    Thanks yeah I don't log anything other than actual planned exercise as I find the day to day stuff the norm

    Two toddlers at home and an 11 year old...stay at home mom yah you are active...
