Have you looked into PiYo? There's a lot of body weight exercises so you don't need to buy weights. Lots of push ups, side planks, planks, lunges, squats, etc. That's the only thing I can think of for strength without actual weights.

Try fermented food, such as pickles or sourkraut, and see if that helps your stomach. When I started I had bathroom issues for like..two weeks. I thought it was the heavy cream and then the lack of fiber..but no..i think my gut was mad at me for the lack of carbs and extra fat.

I've experienced losing weight while being extremely lazy..but not injured. Just eat below maintenance and you should lose. It can be difficult to do..eating less while not able to move as much.. but once you get used to eating in a way that's beneficial to your body it will get easier. You're welcome. Once your weight goes down you will need to recalculate because your calorie goals will change.

1730 would give you a 20% deficit. I calculated your TDEE as sedentary..so 1730 plus about half of your exercise calories is about what you should be eating..unless you want a slightly higher deficit. So yeah..youre not eating enough.

You can get one and not pay attention to the calorie burn. I, personally, would get one for motivation to move more. Some people are fairly competitive with their 'steps.'

Yes!! I'll have to tell my boyfriend to leave all of the laundry to me! No wonder he's so thin. I wonder what doing the dishes burns? I'll do those and then eat cake..or does baking cake burn enough calories alone to eat the cake?
