i find that I like fruity herb or mint tea and got use to it without anything in it. I would gradually cut out the sugar and milk or try one of those teas w/o anything in it. its how I got out of wanting suger or honey with my tea

i wish you luck but 1200 is the bare minimum that you need to take in. if your below that you are in starvation mode and your body stops burning calories and starts to store them so you don't lose weight.
