My goals for 2012: -Lose 2% body fat so I'm "athletic" and not "acceptable" -Eat a more balance diet (& get hubby to do it too) -Better manage stress level -Get more/better sleep during the night -not eat all the time (mentally. I'm not hungry but I still want to eat)

I'm happy to say I ate healthier yesterday then I normally do and I do plan to workout today. We had a roast, salad, small thing of mash potatoes, and really hit the veggie tray I made.

I agree that it's karma and feeling that way makes you human. You worked hard for your weight loss so you deserve to be proud of it. Also she was the meaner person for saying such things like that to you in the first place. You didn't say anything but I'm sure she noticed that you were thinner and I'm sure that got to her.

Well I did the water portion and I was very active both at work and walking/running 2-3 miles everyday since the start of the month. But I din't stay under my calories. I'm in. Found my name on the spread sheet. My goal is to actually reach my goal and to tone up my body. I'll be 30 on the 3rd and am having a small bash with friends an family (and I mean small, bro, sis-in-law, husband, & my BFF) but it's the quality of friends that matters not the quantity.
