If people are seriously worried/upset about cliques on the INTERNET.... something is wrong here. If someone is in a clique on the INTERNET.... something is also seriously wrong. This is a fitness site... shouldn't everyone be OUTSIDE and active instead of having the time to worry about a stupid website?? Holy smokes!

Isagenix was a total bust. I had more energy... that's about it. I actually ended up gaining weight. I added in extra calories per my "coaches" advice.... still didn't work. Totally bummed.

"shark week" started yesterday, and I had gained 2 pounds yesterday morning, which I figured was from that. I expected to see it come back off today if it was water weight, but I gained another .6 today!

Thanks for the great info guys. I'm going to keep at it, using your advice. It's just so freaking frustrating to do all the "right" things and every morning the scale goes up. I'm doing cardio and hot yoga tonight, maybe I'll sweat out a few pounds ;-)

I went to the doctor about 3 months ago for this reason. They did a bunch of tests and found nothing. Even if I'm over estimating my burn during exercise (I need to get a HRM) I shouldn't be gaining if I'm consuming under 1400 cals per day (some days more to "shock" my system). I don't know??? We have 30-40 members.... about 20 ride every sunday. We do dinner rides on Wed's when the weather is good.... and bike to events around town.

I'll be there.... been there every year since it was moved from Flagstaff! Our bike club is riding from downtown Phx to Tempe (and back) together via the canal.... should have 20-30 riders.

You're lucky!! I keep dating guys who are totally into nipples. Luckily guys are easily distracted by other body parts so I can redirect them, haha.

I had one of mine ripped clean out. Thank god I was drunk or it probably would have hurt much worse. Thankfully things healed great and I just have a tiny white scar that no one ever notices. But, mine are strictly for aesthetics... they don't help increase sensation. Total bummer.

I agree!! Forcing yourself to log keeps you accountable..... and I know I certainly think twice about what I put in my mouth (heh) when I know it will put me close to (or over) my calories!

I love protein powder!! I drink it on my way to the gym in the morning and then sometimes I'll have a snack mid-morning (fruit or yogurt). You can add chia seeds, flax seeds or other boosts as well!
