Yes, yes, yes! I've lost 50 pounds by staying within my calorie limits and walking every day! I walk fast enough to get a good sweat but I'm not jogging it's definetly a walk :)

Stop weighing yourself daily! So many things can make your weight move up and down and it can really be a disappointment when you know you are following plan to see the scale go up a pound. Try some non fat dairy like yogurt to up your calories and not add to the fat line! Some healthy cereal with nonfat milk will also get you some more calories without the fat.

Aldi's has a fit and active brand that has a lot of healthy choices in the snack section. You can find popcorn, flavored mini rice cakes, yogurt, but my favorite is the fit and active fudge bar found in the freezer section. It only has 100 calories and 5 grams of fiber and really satisfies if you love chocolate like me!
