Thanks for this post. I have tried these before and find them so-so. The calories in the tofu kind arent a big deal! I am definitely going to try the dry fry idea! Thanks!!! You cant really change your body shape... This has been my experience. I am pear shaped. With diet and exercise i have been able to become a smaller pear :)

i really enjoy the fiber one 90 calorie brownie! I buy a big box at costco and find it is the perfect snack. I also have been having one at breakfast... there is sugar in them plus ALOT of fiber

yup! i've had this and had great success with a super low carb diet (lost over 100 lbs.)... also you might want to ask your doctor about taking metformin. will most likely help you get the weight off. I just started it because it is very hard for me to take off the weight right now.

Please add me... Everything can b modified. Most recipes u can reduce the oil. Use luquid eggs. Substitute splenda etc. or just make healthy options instead (ie. roasted vegs, salads, etc). Not hard when u stick with it.

SORRY THE CALORIES ARE OFF - 2 tablespoons of oil = 60 per serving, plus one egg at 70 plus milk and cheese....

Your body needs to stay hydrated. Period. If ur working out then more so. If ur eating a diet full if fruits and vegs (like nine plus servings a day). Less so.
