Weight loss while keeping kosher. Help

I have just joined and I need help trying to prepare traditional Jewish foods. These are usually fatty. Any ideas?:smile:

    Please add me... Everything can b modified. Most recipes u can reduce the oil. Use luquid eggs. Substitute splenda etc. or just make healthy options instead (ie. roasted vegs, salads, etc). Not hard when u stick with it.
