At the bare minimum you need to be eating your BMR. Just Google "BMR calculator." Your BMR is the amount of calories you'd need if you were in a coma and were only performing daily bodily functions. Without this your body can definitely go into starvation mode.

I had a starting weight of 142 and am down to 135. My goal is about 118-122. I've also been pretty antisocial on MFP...haha! Adding you. :)

Let me know how it works! It also works to just weigh one foot on the scale so you don't have to go through the trouble of getting a weight.

Thanks, I'll be looking into one of those! Now that I know about this one's little issue, I'll use it a little bit longer just because I can't justify buying myself a new scale at the moment, but as soon as I can, this one's going in the garbage!

I know. I'm talking about people who tested it out by weighing themselves four times in a row within a few minutes, and getting different weights every time.

I am 5'5" and my goal is 118. I currently weigh 135 lbs and have a body fat percentage of 25%. I'd like to lower it to about 15%.
