that's exactly what I use it for. I know that I'm not losing fat but it just helps me with that jumpstart. I also love the shakes so I keep them in my diet plan after the 7 days. It won't hurt to try it.

My goal weight is currently 150. I know my BMI says something different but I want to be at a weight where I feel comfortable and happy with myself. Plus 120 pounds may be too skinny for me.

Have you tried Pinterest? It's like an online vision board that may help with motivation. I have a board for working out and I found many quotes, photos, and ideas to keep me going :-) If you're not interested in that, try a regular vision board with photos that may keep you going. Good luck!!

I try not to eat my workout calories. I prefer to keep my calorie intake at 1200 but sometimes I go over a few calories (between 50 - 100). As a previous poster stated, as long as you're eating at least 1200 calories a day, it may be better to not eat your workout calories if you're trying to lose weight.
