Violet Zaki? Anyone?

I found a WONDERFUL instructor, Violet Zaki (you can find a ton of her work on youtube) and I absolutely love her. She is a great motivator, keeps you going and keeps you engaged.

Anyone else here go to her class in NYC or use her videos?

    I love Violet Zaki. I just haven't been able to find her videos around. I have one of her workouts from ITunes. I would love more!

    Violet Zaki is one of my favorite video fitness instructors. She has a bunch of great DVDs and you can usually find good prices for used DVDs on Amazon. I love her "Firm Flat Abs Fast" workout, her Star Trainer DVDs, and her Weight Loss Cardio (Kick and Sculpt). Even better, her Weight Loss Cardio workouts have Deazie Gibson as one of the exercisers.

    Speaking of Violet Zaki, roughly how many calories do you think are burned during her 20-minute Fat Blasting Workout from the Weight Loss Cardio Sculpt DVD?
