I have no idea how he finds that sustainable...800 calories p/day for a man...geez. I did do this myself a year ago and sure i lost a lot of weight but there's no way I could keep it up...hence why I'm here trying to lose 10lbs again.

I'm 5'4 and my calories are set at 1200. It's not too hard to stay within these calories and I have been eating back most of my exercise calories too.

I do only eat it once a week and I do want to be healthy, not just thin. If I deprive myself of these foods sometimes than I go stark crazy and binging.

I have the same problem every night! The best thing I've found is having 2-3 squares of dark 85% cocoa chocolate - it's got the delicious chocolately taste but its so rich you don't even want to eat the whole thing.

I was way more confident when I was 10lbs lighter, I would make an effort with clothes and makeup but now I just wear sweat pants and I don't bother much with make up.

You can find it as an exercise listed and it will tell you how many minutes = how many calories burnt - but it is called 'Jump Rope' instead of skipping...I discovered it this morning :P
